Our cozy 65 m² Tide-Hus is located in a quiet location on a plot of approx. 1.000 m² at the end of the development boundary with plenty of space to relax, unwind and relax on the terrace. The center of Garding with its historic marketplace and city park is just a few minutes' walk away. You have everything nearby: bakers, butchers, EDEKA market. Every Tuesday, the traditional weekly market takes place in the market square. Leisure facilities, such as tennis court, mini golf, indoor riding arena, open golf course, are virtually on the doorstep. St. Peter Ording with its endless beaches and unique nature is only a few minutes drive away. A beautiful dune spa and a spa and bath house are also located in SPO. Our house has a floor space of 65 sqm. Living area on the ground floor with living room, equipped with terracotta tiles, carpet, flat screen TV, radio, CD and cassette player, comfortable seating, glass cabinet and a dining area with dining table, 3 chairs and a divider board. The high-quality country kitchen is equipped with all necessary electrical appliances, stainless steel pots and Teflon pans complete the equipment. The shower room with modern tiles is equipped with floor-level shower and a real glass shower cubicle and a vanity unit with base, large mirrored wall and various glass shelves. Upstairs are the bedrooms. A bedroom with double bed (180/200 cm) and higher placed disc mattresses, wardrobe and a dressing table. Another bedroom is equipped with a single bed (90/200 cm), wardrobe and a desk with a small flat screen including integrated DVD player. Please note: a cot or a highchair is not available.
