The space

The master loft features a comfy queen mattress.

The second Loft Features a comfy full mattress.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need including cooking pans, utensils, drinking glasses, coffee maker, mixing bowls, cutting boards, toaster and a large sink to go with a full gas stove and oven. It also has a cute new trendy Galanz fridge and a washer/dryer combo to take care of your laundry during your stay. (To be noted; the washer/dryer is a combo and considering it’s size takes a tad longer to dry your load. It isn’t broken, just takes a little longer.) They also have 2 extra showers, a convenience store, hot tub, and coin operated laundry room in the main office.

Overview

Please Note our Tiny House is located in an RV Park. Even though the home is 100% private there are other people staying nearby. There are amenities available such as a laundromat, picnic areas, a hot tub and swimming pool (when in season). There are quite a few other Tiny Homes in the park so you can meet and socialize with other Tiny Home lovers!!

The RV park is clean and well maintained with easy access to parking. It's located right near I-15 which makes travel easy and convenient.

A lot of people ask us why the home is located in an RV park, and the only answer is that Salt Lake County currently does not allow for tiny houses in their city code. If we ever have the opportunity to move to a more permanent location we would absolutely love to.

The RV park really is well maintained and requires background checks of all its residents. Management quickly addresses any issues and is easy to get a hold of. It’s an older park so keep that in mind.
