Summary: We spent 3 nights at the hotel. Unlike other hotels in Japan, this one is not welcoming. The staff is cold and when we pass them in the corridors they ignore us. The room was never cleaned since their cleaning service has to be ordered before 10am. So we had wet towels throughout our stay. The ventilation was noisy and stopped at night and the room became hot. its close to the subway but far from everything.
