Positive: Location is great close to the park, rooms are big with AC.
Negative: 1. The sheets were old and itchy to the skin. 2. This was the big one for me: The bathroom and kitchen are shared with the owner who lives on the premise. They are a very nice and accomodating family, however it wasn't clear in the property description that the house is shared and that the owner lives there, so it wasn't suitable for us since we need our privacy. Given these conditions, I don't believe it's good value for money, price per night is quite expensive . We moved to a prime hotel nearby for less. When booking, it shows that you are booking the entire house which is misleading, I think it needs to be clearer in the description.
