Wood flooring, gloss kitchen cabinetry with all major appliances, bathroom with walk in shower, separate work space with desk, all finished in a homely design makes for a lot of comfort. TV with smart channels only. WIFI.
Our townhouse offers a central base while exploring Galway City and the surrounding areas. There are two bedrooms downstairs with a shared bathroom. The living area and kitchen are open plan and located upstairs.

Other things to note: We prefer the minimum age to be 25+ unless traveling with family. We do not rent to locals.
**NOISE SENSITIVE PROPERTY - STRICTLY QUIET HOURS BETWEEN 10PM AND 8AM**. This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.
