5. Please refrain from smoking on the property. If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a fee of $400 per day.
6. No parties, weddings, receptions, videography or photography events. Violations are strictly enforced.
7. This home does have exterior security cameras placed at all entrances, doors, garage, and patios, and front and back of the house. They record 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.
8. A Rental Agreement must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking. The Guest will need to agree with and acknowledge to abide by our rental terms and conditions
