Plentiful counter tops make cooking a breeze, and the abundance of above and below cabinets make storing your groceries a piece of cake! For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options. A seating area in the kitchen offers enough space for up to four guests to enjoy their meal or gather, while three additional barstools provide extra seating at the kitchen counter.
Further into the condo, guests will make their way into the living space. Equipped with a sofa and a love seat in front of a flat screen tv, guests have ample room to gather together or catch up on their favorite shows! A coffee table, as well as two end tables offer plenty of room to keep your belongings close by. The ceiling fan in the living room will help keep you cool, while the plentiful amount of windows lets in the perfect amount of natural light. Step out on the private balcony and breathe in the salty air with a glass or wine or a piping cup of coffee!
Off of the living area is the hallway that leads to the two bedrooms and bathrooms. The first of the two bedrooms is the primary suite, which is furnished with a plus queen sized bed, two end tables, a dresser for unpacking your belongings, and a vanity for getting ready!
