Come enjoy our tranquil 4 bed cape located just outside of the village of Stowe. The house is conveniently located 15 minutes to Stowe Ski Resort, and less than 5 minutes to Stowe’s lower village.
The 2+ acre property is located on a private road surrounded by a peaceful forrest atop a hillside. The home has a massive post and beam great room, a modern refinished kitchen featuring custom cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large dining room. There’s a large balcony off the kitchen, great for entertaining or watching a sunset down the valley.
There is a large master bedroom with King bed, and another large bedroom with 2 queen beds on the 3rd floor, and a small guest room off the dinning room on the 2nd floor. The entry to the home is through the basement, and requires the use of stairs to get to the main living areas.

Summary: This home is cozy and perfect for a family ski trip. Stowe Mountain is only about 20 min away and the grocery store is less than 10 min away, but it’s tucked into a beautiful woodland setting and feels like you are far from everything. The kitchen is full of everything you need to cook nice meals. Loved the heated first floor mud room for skis, boots, and coats. We had an amazing time!
