Welcome to Tranquility on Tooke Lake in the beautiful Lake of Bays area.
Conveniently located about 3km from the charming historic town of Baysville and about a half hour drive to Huntsville, Bracebridge or Dwight.
Tooke Lake is one of the quietest private lakes in Muskoka. Canoe, paddle or swim with no worry about busy boat traffic.
Our 4 season fully winterized cottage has 215 ft. of shoreline with a gradual entry into the crystal clear, weed-free water and all-day sun with South East exposure.
Canadian Shield flat rock at the shore with a hard sand bottom. Jump off or relax on the 100 square foot dock!
The cottage is a newly renovated open concept spacious home. 2100 square feet on 2 levels. Fully winterized with a brand new backup generator!
The main floor features a large eat-in kitchen with a walk-out to a brand new 500 square foot deck. The deck was finished in late fall so pictures do not include the beautiful brand new deck furniture, which includes a sectional, chair, and ottoman.
Off the kitchen is a separate dining room with a huge table that seats 10 comfortably and another walkout to the deck.
Just off the kitchen is the great room. Vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and beautiful views of the lake. And of course, a 55 inch tv!
The main floor has 3 bedrooms with queen beds and ceiling fans in each room. There is a full bathroom on the main floor.
On the lower level is another family room, great for the kids to hang out. A 65-inch tv, foosball table, air hockey table, and another bedroom that sleeps 5 with 2 bunk beds in the room. There is also a walkout from the bedroom to the grounds. And a 2 piece bath plus a laundry room.
Amenities include a canoe, paddles, kayaks, floating sun island, and many sizes of life jackets.
Inside the cottage, all linens and towels are included, and loads of board games!
And don't forget to explore the area. In the winter there are snowmobile trails nearby and Hidden Valley Ski Resort is just a half-hour away. In the summer, Bracebridge Golf Club is only 15 minutes away and the Lake of Bays Marina is less than 10 minutes down the road if you want to rent something with a motor.
And all year long enjoy the delicious meals and treats at the Fork in the Road, Humble Pie and The Lake of Bays Brewery, all in Baysville, just 5 minutes away.
