Positive: I’ve lived in Portsmouth my entire life so I’m very familiar with the city and local area. This apartment is in probably the single most convenient location in the entire city, within walking distance to all of commercial road shops as well as Gunwharf, Southsea and a train station within 2 minutes. Its also easy to park or grab a taxi from, with carparks all around. Our host, Karl was extremely helpful and communicative throughout. When we had an issue finding the key (our fault) he was ready on the phone immediately and very helpful. The property is very comfortable and clean! An extremely good deal for the money and I’d recommend it to anyone local or passing by. Thanks again Karl!
