This exquisite, solar powered, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath executive smart home features a large gourmet kitchen which overlooks a stunning, resort style backyard with a heated salt water pool, water slide and Jacuzzi
A 500 square foot deck provides ample seating for spectacular outdoor dining as well as a fire pit with stunning views to Del Mar and the pacific ocean.
Should a fourth bedroom be required, we have outfitted our office with a fantastically comfortable queen size sofa bed.
French doors from the family room, kitchen and dining open out to the tropical back yard, blurring the line between the home's magnificent interior and the lush magical oasis that awaits. In addition to beautiful flower beds and an extensive Zen Garden you will find orange, lemon, lime, grapefruit and avocado trees ready to provide year round fruit for your enjoyment.
Relax in comfort on the Iron Wood deck which features two seating areas, a fire pit, and provides evening views of the dazzling sunsets and famous Del Mar hot air balloons.
There are ample TV's, and each bedroom is equipped with a mini fridge and Keurig.
Our home is completely stocked with everything you need to have a relaxing vacation in a private setting. (Pool floaties, toddler life jackets, masks and snorkels, sand buckets and shovels, beach blankets, beach umbrellas and various sizes of coolers).
The outdoor chef will enjoy the 6 burner Blaze rotisserie grill as well as perhaps creating pizza on the Big Green Egg!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this amazing house and backyard to the fullest! We used the pool everyday and had fun going down the slide ! The house was very clean and it had everything that we needed. The kitchen is completely stocked. It was hard to leave at the end of our stay because we enjoyed it so much. You really get what you pay for. The host is very pleasant and was always reachable for any question we had. Hope we can come back again one day …..
