Summary: Pros: Great location in the heart of the old city. Close to cafes, restaurants, attractions. Staff were courteous and helpful. Cons: The room looked nicer and bigger on the pictures. We booked a deluxe room but we received a small room on the main floor The towels has stains on them Load music from Han restaurant below the hotel until 2300. It seemed to be under the same ownership. Misleading info about the internet speed as it was not 500 mgbs as indicated on the description. It was about 10 mgbs as per the speed tests done over the 2 nights we stayed there so make alternative plans if you planning to work remotely. Unhelpful rbc rewards by Expedia/ very low quality support.
