Rita hills, you’ll be surrounded by award-winning vineyards, endless rolling hills, and a temperate climate with bright blue skies. Turner Vineyard occupies 21 acres of rich terroir, where estate wine grapes and majestic oaks blanket the landscape. You’ll be a short drive from adorable towns like Los Olivos and Ballard and about 30 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara.
In French Country style, this expansive estate offers more than enough room for you and yours. The formal Living Room offers warmth by the fire, the Media Room is for cozy movie nights, the Great Room features a large dining table, a large breakfast nook is tucked into bay windows, and the gourmet Kitchen provides ample space for cooking or socializing. The ground floor includes a large Primary Suite and two guest Bedrooms. Upstairs is a second Media Room and two additional Bedroom Suites including a secret door to a loft making it an ideal family suite. An outdoor Living Room overlooks the garden, pool, and built-in spa. Take a well–deserved departure from the ordinary and taste the finer things in life at Turner Vineyard.
