Positive: Location is fantastic. Room is excellent value for money, its not 6-star, but is excellent at the price point. Bed is great, space is excellent, outlook is nice, pool is good and close to the room. The location is so central to the wonders of Oahu's North Shore, 3 minutes drove to the Ritz Carlton. We had a wonderful evening meal Alaia's - you need to book as far in advance as possible. We wanted to go to the Beach House another night but could not get a reservation. Easy access to the local beaches, WWII historical site, horse riding through forest and beaches and Hidden Beach where we spent the better part of a day.
Negative: The codes to get in. And I noted this is other previous reviews. We were sent the room code, but not the security gate code as it turned out. So after travelling for 14 hours, we could not enter the grounds of the condo. Eventually a grounds-man from the golf course happened along and let us in. We then were able to get into our room, but could not leave to get food because we could not get back in without a gate code. This all happened afterhours of course. The person on after hours support did end up getting back to me, and we got it sorted out, but even that was not straight forward. Why can't the gate code be sent when the room code is? Also, the pool code in the room information book is wrong (or at least does not work). We had a maintenance person check our code and he could not get it to work either. People staying in another condo shared their code and we had no issues after that. The issue with the codes was a shame, because if this had not happened, we would only have had great things to speak about.
Summary: Location is fabulous, room is great value for money. Make sure you get your codes.
