Summary: We stayed for eight days in the spring. The duplex was well furnished and included everything you might possibly need. It was located in a nice neighborhood with numerous restaurants and grocery stores and convenient to Santa Monica and UCLA. We enjoyed the orange tree and outdoor space, as well as the air conditioning on the occasional hot day, and the washer/dryer towards the end of our stay. We would definitely stay again.
