Our land is located in 'Chalok Baan Gao' which roughly translates to “Old Village of Fortune,” along a road that's been in use for over 200 years! Whether it's your first time here or you're a seasonal regular this guesthouse is in the perfect place for you to enjoy the island.
We are less than 15 minutes from the beaches of Baan Tai, Hin Kong, Sri Thanu, Secret Beach, Haad Yao, and Chaloklum. Nothing is over 30 minutes away from us (except bottle beach ~45 min) including Koh Ma beach, Haad Rin, Than Sadet National Park, and Tong Nai Pan. Wherever you want to explore, it's easy to get to from here!
Just minutes away you'll find Kao Ra, the tallest mountain in the region, and Nam Tok Paeng waterfall. Also nearby are some great places to eat, drink, do yoga, meditate, or just chill. Places like Balance Specialty Coffee, Seed to Feed, Wonderland Healing Center, and so much more.
Our property is 2 Rai (.8 Acres) with a just main house and the guesthouse - where you'll be staying - so you won't feel crammed in among a bunch of villas or bungalows. Fresh air and the sounds of nature surround you. We are passionate about growing a lush and tropical property (it's a work in progress) for both privacy and beauty, so we hope you'll feel at home among natural landscaping.
The house is newly built, finished in 2024, and has all the comforts and modern amenities you could possibly need. In a big, open space, the loft-style home has tons of windows and sunlight. Newly built with two powerful air conditioners, an electric stovetop, countertop oven and air fryer, microwave, you'll have everything you need! It's tastefully decorated and furnished, with a smart TV to keep you entertained when you're recharging.
You have the guest house all to yourself! Tucked into the back corner of our property in a grassy garden, surrounded by growing plants and a tree fence for privacy, the house is all yours. You have space to hang out on the porch and in the garden, with private driveway leading straight back to the house to the space you can call your own while you stay.
The rest of the property outside of the "tree fence" is part of the main house and not available for your exploration, and we appreciate you remaining in the dedicated guest house space.
The guest house is separate from the main house and intended to be your own during your stay. In other words, we won't bother you unless you need something from us! We may meet you to give you the key upon your arrival or leave the key for you and we may never meet! But we are happy to provide any advice, suggestions, or answer any questions you have.
We will not intrude unannounced for any reason, and will let you know ahead of time if there is ANY reason why we would need to get access to the house.
Discreet employees may be tending to your garden, watering the grass, etc. during your stay, but will not enter the guesthouse without your knowledge, permission, and/or presence. If you're staying more than a week, weekly cleaning service will be provided at a time of your choosing.
We do have two small dogs, Taro and Yucca. They are both friendly (one is quote vocal with strangers, but only because he's terrified of you!) and will not bite or bother you. However, you may see them running around the property! If you have any issue with this, let us know and we'll be sure to keep them away.

About us:
We are Bo and Daniel, and have lived on Koh Phangan since 2021. We live on the property in the main house with our son, our nanny, and our two dogs, Taro and Yucca (toy poodle mixes). We will likely be home and around during your stay, so you'll likely see us out and about around the property, feel free to say hi, but we will always respect your privacy.
We ask that you please respect our home and our rules:
- No parties
- No loud music/noise after 10pm
- No pets
- Please take your shoes off in the house
- Please don't keep food out that attracts ants and other pests
