Close to Beaver Lake (War Eagle Marina approx. 7 minutes away), easy access to Hwy 412, and a 15-minute drive to Fayetteville and Springdale. Perfect for bikers, fishing, lake trips, hikers; we offer a large parking lot with covered parking and 18x16 inside garage parking/storage space, as needed.
Completely open concept. 2 beds (1 king and 1 queen) and 1 pull out twin sofa bed. Full kitchen (no dishwasher or garbage disposal). 1 bathroom with toilet and shower.
