Summary: This little place was cute and prefect for what we intended it to be - a small home away from home to be able to relax and actually take time out to engage and connect with one another. The lake was beautiful and the weather was amazing - even with a thunder & lightning storm which was fascinating to watch over the water. Communication with the hostess was above and beyond. She was definitely one of the main reasons our stay was so enjoyable. Every time we were out by the water, anyone walking or driving by was friendly and eager to strike up a conversation with us. The sound of the lake, all of the birds, and the view put me at ease which is always needed when you work too much :) We utilized the game system, the BBQ, the entire kitchen, and the convenient bar and dollar general all just a short walk away. Highly recommend!
