Positive: Communication with management was excellent. Located next to Belmont Park. The unit is clean and fully equipped. The sofa was comfortable and great for laying back and watching movies. They provide some beach games and chairs and umbrellas. The private parking space is nice.
Negative: The bathroom is pretty small.
