In the summer- 4x4 trails are everywhere with World class White Water Rafting is 30 min away in Buena Vista. Let's not forget the beautiful Mt. Princeton Hot Springs for a day trip or just take in the mountains on your own back deck.

Making family memories on 13.5 acres with a river that has trout; 3 beaver dams and 2 holding ponds! Easy year round access off a maintained county road and gentle slopped driveway. Huge fenced in area around the playground; rear deck and 10 person hot tub that allows security from the wildlife and a worry free area for dogs.
With 70 degrees as a high temperature in the summer. This upscale rustic get away truly beats the summer heat while allowing work from home access. Relax; breathe the mountain air and decompress.
3 bed; 2 full bath whole house with privacy (you can see your neighbors but they are a couple hundred yards off). Great room with a kitchen off the side with a bunch of creature comforts and kitchen accessories. Restoration Hardware 10 person table is great for getting out some games; puzzling or just catching up. 70" TV in the great room hooked up to both streaming services and Direct TV. A nook by the wood burning fireplace to curl up and read or just take in the views. Sonos system to connect to and relax throughout the house. Fast satellite internet with Starlink throughout the buildings on the property.
Main bedroom king sized bed with an in suite full bath; double vanity and soaking tub. In suite TV with streaming and Direct TV. In the closet are 2 roll out singles to move around the house and make sleeping arrangements more comfortable.
Second bedroom with oversized bunk beds from Restoration Hardware. Each bed is a full sized mattress. This suite is set up for with an in suite TV in the closet that has an old school NES game system hooked up for some good old fashion nostalgia gaming! The TV also streams and is hooked up to Direct TV.
Legos and other toys are in the closet.
Third bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed. This room also has a TV ensuite located in the closet that is hooked up to both streaming services and Direct TV.
Double bay garage included along with plenty of flat parking for an RV and or trailers/toy haulers.
We have both clamp on and fixed high chairs along with children's plates, and utensils. Children's games; books and knick knacks also around. Pack and play is in the closet.
Collapsable dog kennels are available in the garage for use. Please-only well trained dogs. Guests are responsible for all damages done by their dog(s).
