Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Location was great - a quiet suburban street, so no road noise; and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the heater kept the room warm. Lots of space, so there was no feeling of being cramped.
Negative: Description of the property and access to it was not accurate - it said that the room was behind a suburban house; in fact the room was part of a suburban house which is being renovated. The lockbox code given was not correct, although that was quickly resolved with a phone call to the owner. The television didn't work - every channel gave a 'weak or no signal' message; perhaps as part of the renovation the TV aerial hadn't been connected. Since we were only staying one night we didn't bother chasing up on that.
Summary: We found it satisfactory and comfortable for a one-night stopover
