The Space:
Urban Wilderness 2 by Tiny Away sits in the quiet town of Maudsland, just 29 minutes away from the Gold Coast. One of the main attractions of our tiny house is that it is just a 7-minute drive from the theme parks, which can be seen from the tiny house. Additionally, our property backs onto a nature reserve that is connected to Nerang National Park. The city is a popular tourist destination with a subtropical climate, known for its surfing beaches, theme parks, and lively nightlife. Cedar Creek Falls, Mount Tamborine Lookout, and Gold Coast beaches are just a few nearby attractions you can enjoy.

A peaceful countryside retreat overlooking a serene lake and open wilderness. The property boasts a unique pool and grassy area, where you can relax and unwind. And enjoy grilling some BBQ or sitting by the fire pit.

It's a cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy water access, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house, the pool, and its surroundings, except the main house and Granny Flat.

From the parking area, there is a short walk to a tiny house. Each unit now has car access. 4WD is not required to access.

What's more, Maudsland is just an hour's drive from Brisbane where you can escape the hustle and bustle and escape to our rural paradise. Take in the serene surroundings, free from towering buildings and bustling streets, and experience true peace and relaxation.

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Lighting up campfires are only permitted in designated areas
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
