Positive: This property had 2 large spacious bedrooms. The living room had a lovely balcony overlooking the residential square with a playground below. It was a 25 minute walk into the middle of San Sebastián town which we walked several times. It’s a very pretty walk either through the beautiful park or along the river. All tree lined. Along the walk are 2 local restaurants but the property itself is well serviced by grocery stores and lots of places to eat and drink, however we ate in the old town every day. The property had an iron, a washing machine, kettle, and everything we needed. The sofa is a bit too large for,the size of the living room,,and the huge sideboard which holds the tv is unnecessary. Just a “tip” to make the living area look and feel better. The en suite shower/bathroom in the main bedroom was fantastic. Lots and lots of cupboard and storage space.
Negative: Only issue was no air con, and if you left the balcony doors open and the windows open you would hear every bit of noise from down below with the community partying late at night over the weekend. It was very hot and very humid, and the type of fan for the bedrooms didn’t spread the air around at all. I had to get up,twice during the night to have a cold shower. Pillows,were good and bed was good.
Summary: Loved this apartment. Loved the location. Fantastic value for money. Would recommend this.
