Private: well-kept garden 1'100 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool heated (9 x 5 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 02.Sep.) with shutter cover. Terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Room cleaning weekly (included). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises.
