The 180 sqm Villa with a listed façade was renovated in 2013 and has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 game room with an extra bed and a large living room with kitchen and fireplace. Outside, a garage for motorcycles, terrace, sandpit and a bicycle shed can be used.
