Villa with 2 1/2 floors with rooftop.
First floor has full kitchen, open dinning, living area, half bathroom and access to the large patio. Living area has 2 sleeping sofa beds for additional guests.
Second floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Master bedroom has one queen bed and second bedroom has two twin beds.
Third floor has den and 270 degree view rooftop.
You will have your own washer. Each room has own A/C system
Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with full size refrigerator and dishwasher.
Villa's water system equipped professional water softener for your convenience.
Hot water provided with environmental friendly sun heated hot water system.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to the entire villa, patio and rooftop.
Community pool.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
You will be renting the entire villa so only you and your guests will be staying there. In case of emergencies, you will have access to a contact person 24/7 staying in the community.
Community personnel will bring to you fresh bread, news paper other your need upon your order from grocery every morning.

Yalikavak is situated on the Northwestern face of the peninsula and 18 km to Bodrum.
Yalikavak is certainly the only town in Bodrum that grows in an overwhelming speed and the most famous one in Bodrum.

The villages surrounding the vista, sprinkled around the hills are just as characteristic of the Aegean settlements as Yalikavak itself and just as inviting. Geris, likened to Tibetan villages by many, Gocabel, Sandima, and Dagbelen villages… It is impossible not to feel as if in a time warp when visiting the village of Geris ( Pasanda ), which has a history dating back to 4500 years.
The deserted Village of Sandima, built on the southern outskirts of the 35 m. high, conical shaped Hill of Partipanaz, which is visible from any point, has a rich history indeed and was used as a sun watch by Yalikavak people. The population of the village is only three. One feels as if walking through a mystical movie set that is carefully set up.
GETTING AROUND
Private transportation from airport or bus station can be arranged upon request.
There is a minibus (publis transportation) to take you from the community to Yalikavak and from Yalikavak to Bodrum.
There is more than 5 flight daily or Bus to Bodrum.
Bodrum-Yalikavak is about an hour by car from airport. There is free transportation of flight companies to Bodrum bus station.
Car rental locations are also available for convenience.
