Beautiful apartment very spacious and bright, friendly, where life and relaxation are good in a green and calm environment. Its large bay window of 6 meters facing east, allows you to admire a magnificent view of the bottom of the basin where you can observe the sunrises even from your bed and kite-surfs in the distance.
Located on the 6 floors with elevator, in a building with caretaker, private parking space and bicycle storage.
Easy to access, close to all amenities within a radius of 3 to 5 km, it offers you many possibilities for a wonderful holiday that we wish you will remember.
You have around the residence a supermarket, a press house, a bakery, a pharmacy, a hairdresser, a medical center, a park with bowling pitch, the municipal swimming pool with all its fun and sporting aquatic activities
You can be in the city center, the station, the beaches, the supermarkets, cinemas 8 rooms in 3- 4 min (2 km approximately), the port of Arcachon 2 min (1.2 km) and circle of veil,, the charming district of l'Aiguillon at 800 m (less than 2 min) with various shops and restaurants - the charm of the Winter town (3-4mn), Thalassotherapy, Golf 5mn (4 Km), Tennis courts (4 -5mn) the ocean beaches 20 mins (Petit Nice: 17 Km), the Gujan-Mestras theme parks 9-10 mins (Aqualand: 5.1 km), the "Dune du Pyla" at 13 min (10 km) ...

Summary: The big window offers you a great view into the green and to the seaside. We immediately felt like at home. There is everything you need for relaxing holidays ... the kitchen is well equiped, the beds are comfortable (also the sofa), supermarket and bakery are nearby and you even can wash your clothes if you want to. All the communication was quick and helpful. The owners are a very sweet couple who gave us a lot of tips for restaurants and places to see. We were very happy with all of their recommendations. All the nice beaches are easy to reach by car and you don't have to worry when you come home ... you have your own parking space in front of the building. Afterwards you enjoy the silence for a good nights sleep :).
