Positive: the host JP was exceptionally nice and polite, he welcomed me and explained everything. he was very professional and punctual, he was very helpful. the Apt is situated in a building that has everything, Supermarket, laundry, guards, near the main road that you can take a 10BHT taxi to central Pattaya, walking St, Terminal 21, SOI 6, Beach road...
Negative: nothing there for me to say
Summary: very happy and I highly recommend this property. it is just easy going, near everything
