This lovely property is set near the beach of Cabopino, in one of Marbella's residential areas. Having the services at hand and being located less than 1 km from the seashore, this holiday home guarantees an unforgettable holiday for up to eight people.
The two-storey house features an elegant decoration, with spacious rooms and all the appliances that you could need. The dining-living room is furnished with comfortable sofas, near which a dining table ensures that the whole family gather and rejoice in their meals together. These meals, you will have prepared in the independent kitchen, which is fully equipped and provided with the needed appliances and equipment. The ground floor also welcomes one bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom with bathtub.
The other three bedrooms are located upstairs, all of which are furnished with two twin beds each. Besides, in one of them, you will find one en-suite with a bathtub. Another bathroom with a tub is at the guests' disposal on the top floor. A gorgeous terrace completes the layout of the top floor.
The living room and one bedroom are provided with warm/cool air-con.
The outdoor area welcomes a terrace for dining "al fresco". The fenced plot of the house also features a private pool, surrounded by sun loungers and outdoor furniture that make for a great relaxing spot.

Summary: On a passé un séjour extraordinaire chez Maria, sa villa répondait à toutes nos exigences. Piscine toute propre, chambres spacieuses et bien équipées.
