Villa Costa Tarifa a located in our land of 17 hectares, in a spectacular and ISOLATED place, to the south point d´España at 100m from the sea and this area of Tarifa has a rocky beach, it is located in the Natural Park of the Strait. The house is coastal-rural, located about 6km from the Island of Tarifa in the Strait and has stunning views of Morocco, the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. Access to the houses is by stone lane and it takes 15-20 min from Tarifa by car.

Summary: The location and views are stunning, however the property was in poor condition. While some of this is due to the location and climate, the property as a whole was poorly maintained for the price we paid. The owner was extremely good at communicating while we were at the property and resolved any issues that could be resolved while there however dangerous access to the pool, windows falling off hinges and general cattiness of the property did not justify the price.
