Positive: It’s in a good location, close to puerto del Carmen (though do be aware you *need* to have a car if you’re staying here), but without the crazy prices of staying right in puerto del Carmen plus it’s a lot more calm at night (though the house is next to a main road that gets traffic at night).
Negative: The house doesn’t have A/C and while normally okay as there’s usually cool wind at night, in extreme heat it’s essentially unbearable. There is very poor cell connectivity due to the thick walls of the house and the internet never works at night.
Summary: Good price, good location, just be aware that there’s no A/C or good wifi.
