Positive: The wonderful garden with all the beautiful palm trees and the lovely pool. The central but quiet location.
Negative: The house is somewhat dated and needs a thorough modernization. Especially closets in the kitchen and the bath rooms. Shelves in the refrigerator was missing, lower tray in the freezer could not be used because of frozen water, there was only one tray for the oven. No toilet paper or soap. The barbeque in the presentation photo had been replaced with a ridiculously small carbon picnic barbeque. After persistent complaints it was replaced with an excellent gas barbecue.
