We offer a modern house on one level with an area of 130m2 living space. Our villa is located in the subdivision Verger Chéray (5min. Saint-Pierre), very peaceful (entrance controlled by electric gate).
Whatever the weather, enjoy our heated pool, which will appeal to young and old; it starts at 110cm deep to reach 150cm in the middle of the basin (gentle slope).
The pool is secured thanks to an electric shutter. A safety barrier to standards can be easily installed to secure access to the bathing area and pool (mounts / disassembles in minutes). For children, we provide safety vests.
As soon as you enter the house, you will not be able to resist the charm of our spacious lounge / living room (50m2), with its corner sofa with a coffee table and the American kitchen with bar area - the favorite corner of the little ones in the morning and adults at the aperitif - atmosphere assured
For sleeping, it's a dozen, like the oysters of Marennes! We offer you four furnished rooms:
FORESTIERE (5 pers.) - this spacious room is equipped with a double bed (140cm), a single bed (90cm), and a double bed (2x 90cm).
ACACIA (2-3 pers.) - this room with double bed (160cm.) Is equipped with a walk-in shower; you can easily add a bed (single bed)
MARINE (2-3 pers.) - this room with double bed (160cm.) Is equipped with a walk-in shower; you can easily add a bed (single bed)
OLEANE (2-3 pers.) - bedroom with double bed (160cm.)
EXTENSION (1 pers.) - Need more sleeping? No problem! place an extra bed in the living room
Our large bathroom, all faience, is equipped with a bath / shower and two washbasin with mirrors. No traffic jam at the return of the sea thanks to our two walk-in showers in the rooms - practical when there are many!
In the evening, prepare barbecues and eat on our terrace (40m2) equipped with two garden lounges. The terrace is between the house and the pool terrace. The multi-colored spots of the pool will provide a warm atmosphere.
Children can have fun on our synthetic lawn equipped with a swing. The older ones will enjoy the petanque court. We put at your disposal ball games, outdoor games and board games.
In the evening enjoy the spacious living room, with its corner sofa, perfect for relaxing listening to music or watching one of our DVD family on a 125cm flat screen - thrill guaranteed!
The branches of the Net can surf the Internet via Wifi (ADSL) and connect their iPod or iPhone output on the Hifi channel.
Want some fish? It is 5min. walk to Chéray market. The beach of Sables-Vigniers is only 2.5km easily accessible by small picturesque roads of the island.
Elodie, our manager, is a local of the island. She will receive you the day of your arrival and will remain available in case of need to ensure that your stay is going well.
