Summary: Das Gute zuerst: das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, in einem ruhigen Quartier, wunderschönem Garten und 10 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Das Haus ist alt und leicht schmuddelig. Das Einzige, das in den letzten 40 Jahre oder so ausgetauscht wurde, ist der Kühlschrank. Der Rest ist mit angejahrten Billigmöbeln eingerichtet. Mit der Waschmaschine will man nicht waschen, der Grill ist nicht sauber, der Duschschlauch gebrochen, der Pool hat keine Frischwasserzufuhr.
