Positive: Spacious villa with a big pool and outdoor sitting area, set in a quiet golf resort. The villa was clean, the beds were comfortable and the surrounding streets are very peaceful and quiet. Los Alcazares and its beaches are only 10 min by car and Torre Pacheco is close by as well where you have bigger shops, pharmacy and good restaurants
Negative: We collected the keys from a lock box but there was no one there to meet us on arrival to show us around and explain things. There were no instructions either or a welcome pack. The jets of the pool make loud gurgling noise all day and night and it can be heard inside in the bedrooms. There was a locked bedroom upstairs and a locked wardrobe downstairs which doesn't give a great impression. The locked bedroom is the master one and the biggest one in the villa. I know this is advertised as a 3 bedroom property but if you are going to lock one maybe one of the other rooms as the other 3 are quite small and maybe lock the one with the 3 windows that do not have blinds on them as whoever uses that room can not sleep after sunrise. Generally you get the impression from things like missing light fixtures that things were hurried and not finished properly inside. Some extra toilet paper, kitchen roll and proper hand soap would have been nice to have
