Villa Monnet is a modern furnished new-build holiday house just 5 minutes walking from the cozy center of Lorgues. In the morning you can easily walk to the bakery for delicious croissants. In the evening you can enjoy the Provencal atmosphere with a glass of rosé wine at the completely new azure-colored tiled swimming pool.

The swimming pool has been renewed with azure tiling and a large plage.
The new-build villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and has 3 parking spots. You enter a large open living space with sliding windows that lead to the terrace and a sitting area and television, a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. From there you walk through to the bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 1 with a single bed and pull-out drawer. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and sink, linked to a side room with washing machine and dryer. There is a separate toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge, freezer and coffee machine. There is a nice bar area to have a drink while you prepare a delicious meal. In the large open living space there is air conditioning and if you keep the doors to the bedrooms open, you can also cool the rooms in the evening.
The renovated swimming pool, with a spacious walk-in beach where you can lounge in the sun, is the eye-catcher of the house. The large bath is ideal for swimming laps or playing with the children. The pool house, with separate shower room and toilet, ensures you the necessary shade where you can enjoy the lounge set in the warm, lazy afternoons. Behind the pool house is the trampoline where the children can play and the petanque court for the necessary entertainment.
The outside terrace with large dining table and barbecue offers space for 6 people and makes the villa complete.

Villa Monnet is a 5-minute walk from the village of Lorgues. In the neighborhood you have several bakerys, 2 supermarkets such as Intermarche or Casino, various restaurants and pleasant terraces. Lorgues owes its fame to the weekly market on Tuesday, which is the largest Provencal market in the area, and the pleasant « marche des producteurs » on Friday. Cities such as Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Aix en Provence can be reached within an hour and a half hour drive. The beaches of st Maxime, Frejus and st Tropez are a 40 to 55 minute drive from the property. In short, a great base for a fantastic holiday.
