Directors Comment: Villa Saphrini enjoys a great position at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. No traffic or people pass. It is very private and the added bonus is that it is reasonably close to the entrance rather than away at the back so getting in and out to go shopping and to restaurants, beach etc takes much less time.
Villa Saphrini is a fully air conditioned luxury three bedroom villa with one en-suite and two other shower rooms/WC to sleep six. It has a large private pool in an enclosed garden safe for children. Convenience appliances include washing machine and dishwasher. It's just a ten minute drive to the beach and shops. Great sea and mountain views.

DETAILS OF THE INTERIOR
The ground floor of Villa Saphrini in Secret Valley comprises a large and airy open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area with large sliding doors opening onto the enclosed garden and private pool. The furnishings and fittings are luxury, modern and stylish. The lounge area is furnished with two leather sofas, coffee table and terrific audio visual entertainment centre comprising large flat panel TV with premium Channel IPTV, DVD player and surround sound. Two ceiling fans operated by remote controls add to your comfort, plus of course air conditioning for really hot days. The dining area has a large dining table to sit six and a handy sideboard unit to keep all your holiday essentials. Two further remote control ceiling fans are provided and air conditioning. The kitchen area is ultra modern luxury with black granite work surfaces and splashbacks. Appliances include oven, hob, washing machine and dishwasher, as well as microwave oven, coffee machine and juicer. There's also a downstairs cloakroom with shower and WC.
Upstairs all three bedrooms have air conditioning and three foot wide single beds that can fit together to become king size doubles, giving you total flexibility in the sleeping configuration. The master bedroom has an en-suite with large shower cubicle and a good size balcony on which to sit and admire the stunning view. There's also a family bathroom with bath and shower over/WC.
Wi-Fi/internet is included in the rental rate. Current speeds are higher than the average Cyprus villa with 30mbps download and 7mbps upload
**The current IPTV system features most UK Sky channels (premium sports, documentaries, movies & music included) as well as many channels in German, Spanish and Russian. It also features a library of 250 Movies and TV Series which is regularly updated.**
DETAILS OF THE EXTERIOR
With the gorgeous Cyprus climate you'll probably be spending most of your time outside. Villa Saphrini has a relaxing garden and terrace area for you to enjoy outdoor living at its best. Its location in a cul-de-sac in Secret Valley ensures a quiet, relaxing holiday. The private pool is large, ten metres by five metres, enough space to swim for exercise or play family games. The private pool is surrounded by extra patio area so that you can relax on the sun loungers, or if you prefer you can sit in the shade under the parasol or balcony.
The enclosed garden at Villa Saphrini means you know exactly where your children are.
An outside shower is provided for enjoying the private pool, as is a large feature barbeque.

Regarding the location, Kato Paphos or Coral Bay it is not but a chance to be in a peaceful location with very easy access to the motorway network allowing exploration of Paphos (15 mins), local villages like Pissouri (10 mins) and to Limassol (30 mins) and beyond (Nicosia, Ayia Napa, Protaras, Famagusta) in the other direction. ''Spacious, comfortable villa. Bed in main bedroom so comfy. Good location, very private. We liked Gabriel's in kouklia, Puerto Bella... Italian in Kato Paphos. Very satisfied with all your service. No everything was super.

We were more than satisfied with Villa Saphrini. The location of the villa is ideal for excursions around Paphos, Akama's peninsula and many other sights... The location of the villa is also wonderfully quiet and yet centrally located to explore everything by car...Wonderful beaches, beautiful bays, ideal for swimmers and SUP fans.
Super service on the part of the mediators! We were completely satisfied and will definitely book us into the Villa Saphrini (Secret Valley) again in the next years! A thousand thanks and greetings!

''The villa was first class, exceptionally clean both inside and out, best pool compared to all the other villas we have rented from yourselves. The location was ok for us, we prefer the quiet, very peaceful but a car is essential as no shops, pubs etc nearby.
Had a fantastic meal at Michaels Steakhouse in Pissouri, best steak meal I have had in years, well worth the travel, we will be in Peyia on our next visit and plan on traveling out there for a meal, it was that good. You guys are first class, never had any issues and are the reason we book with yourselves twice a year.
Communication with Yvonne was first class, had an issue with an air conditioner and it was dealt with ASAP, can’t ask for any more than that, great service. We have booked already with yourselves and are coming over again for 4 weeks in October/November this year.
Can’t see us looking anywhere other than Cyprus though we have rented in many other countries. Once again thanks for another great holiday, Kind regards John ''.
