A magnificent 'Belle Epoque' villa with beautiful sea-front pool and secluded lawned gardens, set in a superb location overlooking the Mediterranean with direct beach access to two sheltered sandy beaches. The villa provides 650 m² of accommodation on 3 floors with 6 bedrooms (4 air-conditioned), 6 bathrooms, double reception, large kitchen and a lift. The resident guardian lives in an adjacent cottage.
An exceptional 'Belle Epoque' villa fronting the sea with direct beach access to two secluded sandy beaches. The villa is set within a 4000m2 private walled garden with flat lawns sweeping to the sea and majestic parasol pines and palm trees to offer shade. It is within easy walking distance to the restaurants and local shops of the small Cote d'Azur resort town of St Aygulf.
The property offers more than 650m2 of accommodation on three levels plus basement. On the upper floors there are 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, all with sea view, 4 with private terrace and 4 which are air-conditioned. On the ground floor there's a beautiful formal living room and dining room with high ceilings and traditional French windows to the outside covered terraces, large family kitchen and huge informal living room or games room. The house has an internal lift.
The property is equipped for 12, however the lower floor has a further 3 bedrooms with natural light and sharing a bathroom, ideal for staff.
