The 63m2 living space with an open kitchen will provide you with all the comfort and space you need to relax while admiring the wooded garden. You will have 3 bedrooms with comfortable bedding. The garage space includes a laundry room (washing machine, dryer). You can easily store your vacation essentials (bikes, surfboards and more) there. The 1500m2 fully wooded garden will allow you to enjoy the outdoors. The shade provided by the canopy will delight you on hot days. You will have the chance to play pétanque and take naps in a unique and green setting.
Located in Tarnos Ocean, you can enjoy everything on foot and get to the beach in 15 minutes via the cycle path (5 minutes by bike). You will also find everything you need to do your shopping in less than 5 minutes on foot (supermarket, butcher, fishmonger, baker, organic store, etc.) as well as a variety of restaurants and takeaways. Finally, you have direct access to the greenway and use the beautiful cycle paths of the Landes forest to discover the surrounding area. Easy and direct access to the highway in less than 5 minutes opens the doors to numerous possibilities. Indeed, you can go to Spain in 40 minutes, to the Pyrenees in 35 minutes, to Bayonne in 15 minutes and Capbreton/Hossegor in less than 20 minutes. Goodbye holiday traffic jams!
