Positive: The place is quiet and the surroundings are beautiful. Rooms and facilities are very clean, the sauna is great. Beds are exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and very comfortable even for a big family. Our baby had a space to play and roam around. Our cat felt safe pretty soon at the premises. There is a baby feeding chair - we didn't use it, but it was a nice gesture.
Negative: There is a set of extra rules presented to you by message at booking.com. You have to sort the trash (understandable) and take it out yourself to the point "at the end of the road" (which we haven't found). Cable tv wasn't working because there was no module (though it's advertised by booking.com). We ticked the box for a baby cot but haven't found it. The parking space fits only one car. It didn't affect us but I think it should be mentioned. Also, before the check-in we asked about the possibility to stay a bit later after check-out time, and were given a green flag to stay 30-60 minutes overdue, but the day we were checking-out we decided to ask if it's still valid, and were told otherwise.
