Positive: Big, beautiful house from 1923 right across the street from the lake. I think it’s bigger than it looks in the pictures. Large rooms with fantastic views. Margit and the rest of the staff made it a fabulous stay. Perfect swimming weather in mid-July this year (hot 2023). Private swimming area right across the street. Nice grocery store a short walk (or very short drive) down the street. Will definitely return.
Negative: Nothing. But if you are looking for a big, modern Hilton hotel, this might not be your place. This is a Pension or Bed and Breakfast in a big, antique house.
Summary: Beautiful Pension right on the Attersee.
