Positive: Great location for golf courses literally on the opposite side of the main road. Clean and spacious for a large group or family. Plenty of parking in a central parking lot at rear of the estate.
Negative: On three floors with extremely narrow winding stairs makes it difficult to climb and not good for any child or person with mobility issues. Not all bedrooms have AC. Shared estate pool was unusable as it is extremely dirty and brown. Main profile picture is therefore misleading, though other pictures do show the terrible condition of the pool
