BRAND NEW 4 SEASON GORGEOUS COTTAGE HAS 3 BEDROOMS, 2 FULL BATHROOMS, FULL KITCHEN, SUNROOM, LAUNDRY AND LARGE DECK.
This cabin is the perfect getaway for families, friends, or the avid fisherman, hunter, snowmobiler or boater. Boasting a large, updated cabin that sleeps 6 adults comfortably on a private lot with lots of trees and your own private access to the lake. With a large deck and a waterfront dock space, there is no shortage of views or exposure to the scenery of the region!
The space
Cottage has an open concept great room, kitchen and dinning room. Complete with 46” TV, Wi-Fi internet, Wood burning fireplace, Central A/C, dishwasher, Electric stove and oven, microwave and all small appliances.

Located 20 minutes from the town of Lac du Bonnet and less than 2 kilometers from Granite Hills Golf Club, this 2000 ft2 cabin, features 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, large kitchen, open living room and dinning room with vaulted ceilings, laundry room.

Bedrooms: 1 upstairs master bedroom loft with its own private balcony facing South. A with a queen bed and full size en suite washroom with shower and bathtub.
2 bedrooms on 1st floor, both rooms have queen size beds.

Kitchen: Has all modern amenities including butcher block counters, brand new stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, as well as all dish ware and utensils.

The large deck invites for lounging, dining and bbq, complemented by the screened-in sunroom for enjoying the weather while relaxing in the shade.

The Waterfront:

Located on the property down a small steep hill less than 30 yards from the cabin is your access to the privately owned space to the water. Complete with open space for lounging, firepit and a brand new boat dock including an elevated tanning deck.
