Great location! Just 3 blocks to the beach and boardwalk in America's greatest family resort. This first floor condo was just renovated ! Brand new kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new hardwood floors, freshly painted and tastefully decorated with new furniture.
Comfortable master bedroom with a king bed and attached powder room. 2nd bedroom can accommodate 4 comfortably with a twin over full bunk and an additional twin bed. Washer and dryer in unit, outside shower and storage in the back for beach chairs and umbrellas. Most importantly 2 PARKING SPACES!!!! We include 2 beach tags, beach towels, bath towels, dvd's, toys, books, games, and lots of other stuff to make your stay more comfortable!
Sorry no group rentals no senior weekers. No Pets of any kind.

Summary: The condo location and decor was nice, but the condition of the AC units and some other things were not good. The living room/kitchen area AC unit didn’t cool the area so all we ended up turning down the bedroom ACs to compensate. The AC filters were very gross especially the one in the children’s bedroom. Not great when you have family members with allergies. The laundry closet was very dirty and the washers agitator was cracked and they used metal to anchor it back together. Not good to wash your clothes in because the metal could tear them. Let’s move on to the beds, so in the listing it doesn’t mention no linens included, for the price of the rental it really should. I did ask the host prior. Upon arrival I went to put our personal linens on the bed, well the mattress pads were dirty with stains and hair. The pillow cases that were on the children’s beds were dirty with crusty stuff on them. Like I said the place was decorated nice, but for the price there were some disappointments. I would at least expect things to be clean and also some upkeep of furniture. Scotch taping a dining room table when you are charge ~$3700 seems outrageous.
