This is an amazing ranch style family oriented property. The home has been professionally designed a very comfortable fashion boasting 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 separate living spaces, a wet bar, 2flat screen TVs, a projection TV, Internet, kitchen with breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, a huge deck, screened in porch covered deck, patio and an amazing manicured yard.
Upon entering the home, the owner's simply remind all visitors to "relax" and enjoy your Lake experience. Just past the entry is an open floor plan living room with a large leather sectional, two flanking side chairs with ottomans and a flat screen TV and speaker system Off the living room hall way are two bedrooms and a shower hall bath. One bedroom is set up with a queen size bed and the other is supplied with two full size beds. The master suite is just off the living room with it's king size bed, flat screen TV and private shower bath. This ranch style home also features a dining area for eight and kitchen with breakfast bar for 3.
This home is set up to enjoy every aspect of your lake experience. The younger (and young at heart) will certainly enjoy the property's bunk house (converted detached garage). Here you can play ping pong, board games or cards, or cheer on your favorite sporting event from the large projection screen and leather sofas. Don't worry about tracking back to the house for drinks. The wet bar is fully equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. Also within the bunks house is a bedroom with 4 full size beds (bunk style) and a hall bath with a walk in shower.
This 2,800 square foot property is perfectly situated on a gentle lot with easy outside access to everything. Just off the living and dining room is a huge outdoor deck with a gas grill, outdoor dining for eight and several Adirondack chairs for lounging and watching the lake activity. Bring a book and read in the beautiful screened in porch that is just off the deck - easy seating for eight with two gliders. Enjoy the sounds of your own private waterfall as you dine or relax at this great property - a truly unique experience at the Lake.
Walk down the curved path steps and past the outdoor fire pit to the shoreline and concrete dock with a boat slip (rent for $10 per day) and two huge lakeside swim platform and high top outside dining for eight. The water is calm in the very desirable protected cove. And keep in mind that the yard in the Spring-Fall is gorgeous with it's foliage changing landscape.
The kitchen is a lake cook's dream with its open floor plan and great views of the lake. The kitchen is furnished with all the necessary stainless steel appliances. This private home is stocked with all bedding, bath towels, dishtowels, iron, and ironing board. Other features include weekly trash pick-up and parking in the driveway for at least 6 cars.
This beautiful property is just 25-30 minutes away from all the action on the busy side of the Lake – Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach – via the community bridge. Also, the home is just 5 minutes away from the town of Sunrise Beach or Lake Ozark and just minutes from several golf courses and theater. And if you're on the water, you are less than a 10 minute boat ride from three of the hottest lakeside restaurant destination - Coconuts, Jolly Rogers and Camden on the Lake.
