This hidden gem sits on nearly 4 acres of land overlooking the South River and offers an oasis atmosphere fit for any family looking to live the water front life! This home is the entire left wing of a 7,000 sqft home split into two with its own private entrance. The property includes a dock, hot tub, pool, volleyball, horseshoes, kayaks, and more.

The house has 5 bedrooms and a full kitchen: electric oven, stove top, microwave, full refrigerator, & dishwasher. There is a living room, dining room, full size washer & dryer, a front porch swing and a screened in porch which also has a porch swing. We have our own dock on the South River. (We can not accommodate more than 6 guest cars because of limited parking spaces)
Local sights to see while here: Annapolis Harbor (old town) & the Naval Academy are only 9 miles from the house. There are also Rams Head concerts, Sailing, Boating, and fishing. Please refer to the Guidebook to Riva for more local activities.

PLEASE NOTE: This a duplex property that has shared walls with the other side of the duplex. Parties of any kind are not allowed in either side of the property. Nothing inside the home will be shared and each unit has its own kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, hvac, laundry, outdoor grill & patio areas, fire pit.
The pool (seasonal), kayaks, and parts of the yard will be shared with guests in the other rental on the property if it is being rented out.
In the back yard there is 220 feet of water front with comfortable seating overlooking the South River and a horseshoe pit. There is also a dock for some fishing.
In season you will have access to a lagoon-style swimming pool with extended shallow end for chaise lounges and a waterfall or access to a water view hot tub on the back yard deck.
If the other side of the rental is occupied THE OUTDOOR AMENITIES WILL BE SHARED with the other guests. If you have more than 10 people in your party you might want to consider also renting the addition.

The home is centrally located for easy access to: Annapolis (via West St.), Baltimore (via Rt.97), or Washington DC (via Rt.50 or Rt.214): The Naval Academy (9 miles/15 minutes), Downtown Baltimore (29 miles/35 minutes), and Washington DC (26 miles/35 minutes).
ACTIVITIES AVAILABLE ON THE PROPERTY:
1. Swimming Pool – Opening first week of May for the summer season
2. You can swim off the dock and it's a sand bottom, about 5 feet deep
3. Hot Tub – in season
4. Volleyball / bat-mitten court
5. Tether ball court
6. Basketball hoop
7. Bocce ball set
8. Kan-Jam set (a team frisbee game)
9. A croquet set
10. Horseshoes (located in the back yard near the water)
11. Fishing off the dock – please supply your own fishing poles and tackle
12. Two kayaks on the dock, two one person kayaks. Great for fishing, must wear life jacket – in season
13. Bluetooth outdoor speakers – we have two sets of speakers that look like ROCKS. There is no password and you can connect your phone or iPod to them.
