Summary: Hand soap from plastic container only soap there. Bed springs coming through mattresses. Told staff first day, nothing done. Had to stack comforters on top of each other online bed to avoid getting stabbed by springs. No lift, no tv, steep steps to all rooms. Daniel was very helpful, even gave me ride to train station. Would NOT stay here again!!!
