WELCOME HOME to your very comfortable 1900 sqft house, centrally located in Old Goodwood, a safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood. A newly and beautifully furnished home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a formal living and dining room with plenty of seating. A large, fully equipped kitchen for 8 people. The spacious den for fun or just relaxing. TVs in each bedroom and Den with cable. Single level, newly furnished home waiting for you. It’s tucked away in the quiet Old Goodwood neighborhood. Very central to enerthing in Baton Rouge. 5 miles from LSU. You will be renting a complete home with 3 parking spaces, 2 in carport and 1 in the driveway. I’m very responsive to your questions and concerns before, during and after your stay. I’m available from 8am to 8 pm. I am always happy to meet you at checkin to show you around. Some guests may be eligible for self checkin. Your comfort, safety and privacy is my utmost priority. (If the WIFi goes down at 11 at night, I’ll get back with you in the morning). I reserve to right to access my home with or without notice to provide guest amenities and ensure security of the property. I will always knock and announce myself prior to entering. This Old Goodwood neighborhood, central to all of Baton Rouge. 1 mile away from Town Center. Lots of great restaurants and shopping very close. The house is 1 block from a wonderful multipurpose path. We are in a walking friendly neighborhood. Public transportation is very close and Uber is never more than a couple of minutes away. Do you or your guests have special needs? Let me know what they are and I’ll try my best to accommodate. Our homes are immaculately cleaned after each stay. Pets are welcome as long as they are house trained. They MUST be crated if you leave them alone in our home. Pet accidents are considered damage and you may be charged extra for them.
