🏠 THE SPACE
Primary Suite: King size bed. Primary suite has its own walk in closet, Smart TV with cable , and a remodeled ensuite bathroom. There is a custom walk in shower, washer/dryer, and beautiful bright vanity with plenty of drawer space. There is also a hallway area by another entrance door that has all the beach gear you will need for a great day(Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler). We do not provide snorkel gear.
Second bathroom: Located in the common area on the side of the kitchen and living room this full bathroom features an updated shower/tub combo, toilet, and clean vanity with storage.
Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a remodeled fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high end appliances, breakfast bar(4 seats), large flat screen Smart TV with cable, comfortable sofa sleeper, and reclining chair.
Lanai: This shaded are includes dining table for 4 people and 2 lounge chairs to enjoy the ocean and Black Rock view and nightly torch lighting ceremony.

Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you experience more than normal pest activity — we’ll work with the HOA to help. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.
