Positive: Great location, good laundry facilities, comfortable bed, nice rooftop bar area. (But very hot until sun goes down in summer… around 8:30)

Negative: Could use some updating/refresh of upholstery and carpet. Our room smelled very musty. I expected more based on the price and online description.
